Movement of Upper Body By Using Ball:
- Sit on your hips on the floor, with your both feet flat on the floor and made V shape.
- Take a dumbbell between your both hands.
- Move your upper body first in right side direction, then on the left. Keep your hips and legs at rest in this move.
- Repeat this exercise 10 times.

- First lie on the floor with bent knees at 90 degree angle.

- Stay this move for 5 seconds and remain your initial position.

- Place your hands under your hips.
- Put 3 pounds dumbbell between your feet.

- Lie on your back with bent knees at 90 degree angle and feet lifted.
- Move forward your arms and head in the air.Then raise your legs straighten in this move your legs as much you can and create V shape.
